Overview
The Offline Solitaire 16 is a compact off-road hybrid camper designed for rigorous overlanders seeking long-haul capability. It packages modern off-grid comforts like water, storage and fuel into a nimble frame, reducing typical off-road penalties or overtaxing the scales.
This unique design shares a touring class with hybrid caravans and campers Complete Campsite Exodus 14, the Kimberley Karavan, and the Bruder EXP-4.
Through clever electronic activation, the Offline Solitaire 16 is surprisingly spacious, offering 6.2m x 1.8m of living area beneath a hard top roof at camp, towing at just 6.7m hitch to rear on the road.
Is the Offline Solitaire 16 right for me?
Adventurous couples or families serious about off-roading will appreciate the Offline Solitaire 16’s nimble towing dimensions and tough, lightweight construction. They’re seeking enough touring comforts to sustain extended trips off-the-grid and are willing to pay a little extra for a platform that is genuinely engineered for off-the-beaten track.

Layout, Comfort & Liveability – Will it fit my lifestyle?
The layout creates a brilliant indoor-outdoor flow with seamless living space and clever bathroom integration.
Interior Layout
At camp, the Offline Solitaire 16 features a queen-size bed towards the front, a lounge and split kitchen mid-ship, and a canvas ensuite at the back upon a common raised floor.
The sleeping configuration offers a full queen-size bed towards the front, illuminated by reading lights. Mid-ship, bench seating and an adjustable table form the living and dining area. A small sink with a mixer tap, filtered water, split countertops, and a fridge (optioned here to a drawer) for coffees or snacks complete the internal kitchen setup.

Comfort & Practicality
What really sets the Solitaire apart, however, is how the clever, hard-walled rear folds down and arranges the 91.5cm x 110cm bathroom layout, complete with a composting toilet and a separate shower–without carving into the bedroom and dining area or impairing performance on the track.
Moreover, the ensuite facilities share the same floor height as the Solitaire’s hard-walled interior, allowing you to access the bathroom via a doorway for a total of 6.2×1.8m of living space upon that raised floor.
There’s even a two-way switch here to save you fumbling in the dark; it’s that seamless.
The Webasto diesel heating, Sirocco II fans (x1 optional), two fridges, and the optional ducted air-conditioning and heating demonstrated here create a comfortable space to retreat away from mains amid desert extremes.

Build, Features & Self-Sufficiency – Can it handle my adventures?
From its Aussie steel chassis to its massive battery and water capacity, the Offline Solitaire 16 is truly equipped for the long haul.
Chassis & Suspension
When it comes to tactical towing, axles and wheels matching the tow vehicle are the gold standard in an off-road rig—allowing it to follow similar lines to the tow vehicle before it. So, it is exciting to see such a fully-equipped RV like the Offline Solitaire 16 riding on an axle matching the 100 Series Landie—shod with Cruisemaster ATX airbag suspension and 12in electric brakes.
Construction-wise, the Solitaire features a strong, lightweight aluminium body to maximise storage volume and rides on an Aussie steel chassis.

Storage & exterior design
Up front, there is an ergonomically designed toolbox and a tray for firewood. Automotive compression locks and seals minimise dust ingress.
Beneath the 270-degree awning, the pull-out kitchen, alongside a 95L Dometic fridge, is beautifully finished, with a two-hob induction cooktop (gas available as an option). The fold-out bench extensions offer 1.5m² of benchtop space and 400L in storage volume, including dedicated drawers for cutlery, utensils and implements.
Electronically controlled expanding spaces accommodate the Solitaire’s uptick tail for better clearance, ample head height indoors, and space for a separate shower and composting toilet.
