Layout, Comfort & Liveability – Will it fit my lifestyle?
This Franklin X Factor 206 layout delivers a spacious, organised living experience with distinct zones for relaxing and sleeping.
Interior Layout
This couples’ rear door design features a mid-ship lounge in a choice of cafe or dinette seating, seen here, forming the heart of the living and dining area. Towards the front, you’ll find a queen-size berth and a full-width ensuite at the rear.
Small touches in the master bedroom, like the mirror and cabinets, frame the north-south facing queen-size innerspring bed, further enhancing the sleeping configuration for relaxed nights on the road.
You’ll find a grand deck of charcoal soft-close drawers under the full cooktop and oven in the kitchen, illustrating a well-planned kitchen setup. The mottled benchtop extending up the wall forming an easy-to-clean splashback near the compressor fridge-freezer opposite.

Comfort & Practicality
Franklin’s investment in CNC machinery allows for modern trends like the curved panels on the cafe lounge as well as clever additions that make life easier on the road. Extendable footrests pull out on rollers and are sturdy enough to sit on when guests drop by.
The bathroom layout comprises a large, gorgeous backlit illuminated mirror. Franklin uses Perspex shower door with a full-length magnetic catch to save on weight and installs a waterproof ceiling above the one-piece fibreglass shower-serviced with instantaneous hot water.
