JB Group announced it has acquired the intellectual property of Network RV.

The acquisition, announced on 10 July 2026, brings another established Australian caravan brand into the JB Group stable. This is alongside JB Caravans, New Age Caravans, Traveller Caravans and Paradise Luxury Motorhomes.

For Australian buyers, the move further strengthens JB Group’s position across the caravan, motorhome and campervan market. Additionally, it signals a commitment to continue supporting existing Network RV customers.

A Growing Australian Manufacturing Group

JB Group says the acquisition expands its ability to offer vehicles across multiple segments of the RV industry.

Chief Executive Officer Chris Polites said the company sees significant opportunity in the Network RV brands.
“We’re genuinely excited to welcome Network RV to the JB Group family. These are brands with a loyal following and a strong reputation for quality Australian-made design, and we see enormous potential to build on that foundation.”

The addition means JB Group now represents five major Australian RV brands spanning caravans, motorhomes and campervans.

According to the company, the group has now produced more than 40,000 vehicles over its 14-year history. It has manufacturing facilities in both Victoria and Queensland.

What It Means for Existing Network RV Owners

Perhaps the biggest announcement for existing owners is JB Group’s commitment to work with customers who have unresolved warranty matters. These cases date back to before the acquisition.

The company says it will engage directly with affected customers and dealers to better understand outstanding issues. Afterward, it will establish a clear process moving forward.

Chris Polites acknowledged that some owners have been waiting for answers.

“We know trust has to be earned, and for some customers that starts with resolving warranty issues that have gone on too long. We’re committed to engaging openly with those customers and our dealer partners, being upfront about timeframes, and making this right.”

While JB Group has not yet released specific warranty processes or timelines, it says further information will be shared with dealers and customers. This will happen in the coming weeks.

Dealers to Remain Part of the Journey

Rather than rebuilding the brand from scratch, JB Group says it intends to work alongside the existing Network RV dealer network.

The company says its immediate priority is understanding what has made the brand successful. Meanwhile, it will invest in its future under JB Group ownership.

That approach is expected to provide continuity for both dealers and customers during the transition.

What Happens Next?

Over the coming weeks, JB Group is expected to release additional information covering:

  • Dealer arrangements
  • Customer support processes
  • Warranty communication
  • Future direction for the Network RV brands

For Australia’s caravan industry, the acquisition represents another significant consolidation among local manufacturers. One of the country’s largest RV builders is expanding its portfolio even further.
