Overlanding caravanners can expect better support for their off-grid power systems, as Arizon Off-Grid expands its expert technical team and service coverage for manufacturers and caravan service centres.
With the availability of full home comforts at camp rising, Arizon Off-Grid has strengthened its commitment to Australian travellers by helping its partner network – including RV manufacturers and caravan service centres – deliver faster, more reliable support via extended seven-day service coverage.

Arizon Off-Grid strengthens commitment to off-grid reliability
The move follows the local release of almost a dozen new caravan, motorhome and campsite power solutions for Aussie travellers, allowing Arizon Off-Grid greater capacity to troubleshoot and assist RV manufacturers, caravan repair agents and the travelling community.
“As our range continues to grow, so too must the level of support we provide to our partners,” said executive director, Roy Ding.
Expanded team delivers expert help across remote Australia
Arizon Off-Grid’s technical and customer support team now includes six dedicated specialists, available from 8am to 5pm, Monday through Sunday.
Arizon says all customers stand to benefit from the move – from manufacturers installing off-grid systems in new caravans to caravanners receiving enhanced support through authorised caravan manufacturers and service centres out in the field.
“Whether customers are on the production floor or off-grid in remote Australia, our team can deliver the expertise and assistance they need,” Mr Ding said.
