Got Questions About
What’s Up Downunder Competitions?

We love giving our community the chance to win epic prizes — caravans, gear, and Aussie adventures!
Here’s everything you need to know about entering, eligibility, and how our giveaways work.

How do I enter a competition?
When a competition is live, simply fill out the entry form right here on the What’s Up Downunder website. You’ll just need to provide a few basic details - such as your name, email, and postcode - to ensure your entry is valid.
Who can enter?
Competitions are open to Australian residents aged 18 years or over, unless otherwise stated in the Terms & Conditions. Each entry must be submitted by an individual (not a business or group).
How often do new competitions run?
We launch new giveaways regularly - usually every few months - featuring caravans, camping gear, and travel experiences. Join the WUDU Crew newsletter to be the first to hear when the next one drops!
How are winners selected and announced?
Winners are chosen via random draw after each competition closes. We contact the winner directly by email or phone within 3 business days and announce the results on our Past Winners page.
Do I have to opt in for marketing or partner emails to enter?
No - opting in is completely optional. You can still enter the competition even if you choose not to receive updates from What’s Up Downunder or its partners.
What happens if a competition has closed?
If a competition has ended, you can view details and winners on our Past Winners page. Don’t worry - another exciting giveaway will be along soon!
Are the competitions legitimate?
Absolutely. All WUDU competitions are authorised under relevant state permits (e.g. NSW, SA, VIC). You can always view permit numbers and full Terms & Conditions linked on the entry form.
How do I stay updated about new competitions?
Sign up for the WUDU Crew newsletter, follow us on Facebook, Instagram, and YouTube, or keep an eye on this page - we’ll post new giveaways right here.
I’m having trouble submitting my entry — what should I do?
Try refreshing the page or checking your internet connection. If you still experience issues, contact us at competitions@whatsupdownunder.com.au and we’ll help you out.
Where can I read the Terms & Conditions?
Each competition has its own Terms & Conditions linked directly under the entry form. They include eligibility rules, prize details, and permit information.
