Today the weather couldn’t make up its mind as to whether it wanted to poor down with rain, be dark and cloudy, sunny and windy or sunny, windy and raining all at once (it was quite confusing, but hey thats Victoria)!
Angie, Tania and a few of our caravanners took advantage of the little sunshine they had and went on a bike ride tour with Snowy River Cycling, they offer a range of fabulous cycling tours in East Gippsland in the spectacular natural landscapes of eastern Victoria, Australia. Their tour options include a leisurely rail trail tour, to fully supported cycle tour from a half day to six days.
Today was also Fireman Ron’s birthday, so we helped him celebrate down at the local pub, where we all chatted with the locals and got to know everyone a bit better (you never know what’s going to come out when you’ve had a beer or 10!). Marlo is truly a beautiful small coastal town, everyone is very welcoming and kind, so if you’re in the area have a stop over and say WUDU sent you! We end our stay in Marlo with a pub meal, we sung Ron happy birthday (its always nice when we get to sing to him, although we may have been out of tune) and ate cake (boy it was yummy!).
Tomorrow we are off to Paynesville and will be hosting another Happy Hour at Allawah Caravan and Boat Park, so come on down and meet our friendly cast and crew as well as check out our Best of the Best Caravans/RV’s and help us raise money and awareness for the National Breast Cancer Foundation. We hope to see you there!
