Caprese Salad
Ingredients:
– Buffalo Mozzarella
– Tomatoes
– Fresh Basil
– Olive Oil
– Salt and Pepper (to taste)
Method:
Thickly slice your tomatoes and mozzarella, then place the tomatoes on top of the mozzarella slices on a serving plate. Pick some of the fresh basil leaves and scatter over the tomatoes and mozzarella. Drizzle with olive oil, and if you like season to taste with salt and pepper.
