- Tortilla Wraps
- Bacon
- Pineapple

- BBQ Sauce
- Macca’s Seasoning Rubs – “That’ll Do Pig”
Directions
- Open the sausages and squeeze the meat into a bowl
- Add a sprinkle of Macca’s “That’ll Do Pig” Seasoning Rubs, chopped onion, diced bacon and egg, combine well
- Spread the meat mixture over a tortilla wrap, throw it on the barby, meat side down, and cook ’til nicely browned
- Meanwhile, pop some pineapple pieces on the barby to lightly cook, along with a fried egg if that’s your thing!
- Flip the wrap over so the meat is on top lightly crisping the wrap
- Add some cheese, BBQ sauce and serve it up to your camping crew!
