INGREDIENTS
- Lamb cutlets or chops l Tortilla Wraps
- Tomato
- Cucumber
- Natural yogurt
- Mint sauce/jelly
- Macca’s Seasoning Rubs – ‘Great Southern Lamb’
DIRECTIONS
- Fire up the BBQ to a medium heat
- Season the lamb with Macca’s ‘Great Southern Lamb’ on either side
- Place on the BBQ
- Cook for 5-10 mins on each side, until the lamb is cooked and tender
- Remove from BBQ, cool slightly and slice into small pieces
- Place on a wrap, add some chopped tomato, cucumber, natural yogurt and a dollop of mint jelly
- Wrap it up (don’t forget to tuck in the bottom!) and enjoy!
