Jess’ Lamb Wraps Recipe

INGREDIENTS

  • Lamb cutlets or chops l Tortilla Wraps
  • Tomato
  • Cucumber
  • Natural yogurt
  • Mint sauce/jelly
  • Macca’s Seasoning Rubs – ‘Great Southern Lamb’

DIRECTIONS

  • Fire up the BBQ to a medium heat
  • Season the lamb with Macca’s ‘Great Southern Lamb’ on either side
  • Place on the BBQ
  • Cook for 5-10 mins on each side, until the lamb is cooked and tender
  • Remove from BBQ, cool slightly and slice into small pieces
  • Place on a wrap, add some chopped tomato, cucumber, natural yogurt and a dollop of mint jelly
  • Wrap it up (don’t forget to tuck in the bottom!) and enjoy!
