Fish Tacos on the table in under 15 minutes

We understand that sometimes after a long day of driving or exploring you just want something quick and easy you can throw together to keep everyone happy. That’s why fish tacos are an absolute hit!

You can personalise your toppings and fillings, you might even decide to use the fish you have caught during the day! The options are endless, however we have put together a quick and easy suggested recipe below!

Off Road Fish Tacos
Prep Time: 5 minutes Cook Time: 10 minutes

400g fish fillet of your choice (we used Salmon)
– tablespoon of oil
-Round, soft tortillas
– Lime & Chilli dressing

Toppings (All optional)
-1 avocado, diced
-2 ripe tomatos, diced
-1 capsicum, diced
-Fresh coriander leaves
-1/4 red cabbage, shredded
-jalapeños, sliced

1. Start by warming oil in pan
2.Cook salmon fillets all the way through, once done, cut into slices and set aside
3. Using a little bit of butter, heat up tortillas in pan until slightly crispy
4. Serve salmon in tortillas with some lime & chilli dressing, add suggested toppings to your liking.
