When you are out on the road sometimes you just want something quick and easy you can throw together with a few simple ingredients. Luckily we have something for you that is perfect for the whole family!
Fettuccini Boscaiola
Ingredients:
– Fettuccini
– Bacon
– Garlic (to taste)
– 250g sliced mushrooms
– Carton of cream
– A good big squeeze of tomato sauce
– Parmesan cheese for topping
Method:
Cook the fettuccini according to instructions on the packet. Dice the bacon and cook in some oil in a medium size frying pan and add garlic to taste. Add in the mushroom. Once the bacon is cooked, add in the cream and tomato sauce. Give a good stir, adding parmesan, salt or pepper to taste. Drain the pasta and add into the sauce. Serve with parmesan on top.
