Caroline is a qualified chef living and working in beautiful Marion Bay, five minutes from stunning Innes National Park. Being involved in hospitality for around 25 years her catering experience is quite extensive. After traveling to the Mediterranean she soon realised that this place is something special. Because Caroline has a strong desire to share the region’s delights she is now sourcing local products for you to experience.
Her first products, naturally evaporated Grinder Salt and Grinder Pepper are now available in fantastic new look packaging. Salt & Pepper Coating along with Salt Flakes have just been added to her product range.
