We could gloss over who we are and what we stand for but why beat around the bush. Sales and marketing gurus will often ‘talk the talk’ when it comes to descriptions and introductions of companies, people or products.
But we prefer to just ‘tell t as it is’.
Aura Caravans is made up of 3 partners each of whom has had varying career paths.
Ishan Bindu grew up in Sri Lanka and worked in the automotive field mainly with electrical. Whilst Auto Electrics was his chosen field he had no problems diversifying his talents and moving into a variety of fields. Ishan is one of those gifted individuals that can turn his hand and eye to just about anything. He is a true professional who takes his work very seriously and wears his heart on his sleeve. Ishan has worked in the caravan manufacturing industry for approximately 6 years performing a variety of tasks to an extremely high level of competence and quality. He has always had the ambition to be in charge of his own destiny and to create his own product. It was through his ambition and passion that Aura Caravans was created.
Ralph Barnabas is a business man who, together with his wife and children has enjoyed the great Australian lifestyle and everything our ‘wide brown land’ has to offer. Starting his working life in automobile manufacturing Ralph has carved out a great future for himself and his family.
Ralph and his wife Anita have traversed this great country of ours with kids in tow and have camped, caravanned and motor homed throughout most states and territories. At home either in the bush or by the sea Ralph has developed a special passion for our industry and what it has to offer.
Paul Golding had worked in the Caravan and Camping Industry his entire working life (35 years) until he made a tree change with his wife Emilia and bought the Royal Mail Hotel in Nagambie. (North Central Victoria).
Paul enjoyed many successful years within the caravan and camping industry and represented several well-known companies in a variety of roles. He also has served the industry at both state and national levels and been a part of many committees and sub committees to help further the development of the industry.
Earlier this year after being approached by Ishan, he decided to get back into the industry. The approach made by Ishan set a spark deep within to realise his own dream of creating a range of unique, quality, luxury touring caravans that would suit the ever evolving market place.
